Yana Wilson is making the transition from teenage phenom to LPGA Tour star. The Las Vegas native fell in love with tournament golf at eight and built an extraordinary junior resume, collecting many amateur victories. Her biggest junior triumph came in 2022, when she won the U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship.

Wilson turned professional with the same competitive mindset that defined her junior career. In her rookie season on the Epson Tour in 2025, she won twice and earned her LPGA Tour card for 2026.

She did not need long to find the LPGA winner’s circle. In June 2026, Wilson teamed with fellow rookie Gina Kim to win the Dow Championship, giving both players their first LPGA Tour titles.

Off the course, Wilson describes herself as a fierce competitor and a funny jokester—an appealing combination for a player learning to navigate the spotlight at such a young age. Her talent is obvious, but her personality makes her journey just as fun to follow.
